Eddie Goh

Eddie began his construction career in 2003, working weekends and school holidays as a builders labourer. Since this ground floor introduction to construction, he has completed a Trade Apprenticeship in Carpentry and Joinery, Certificate IV in Residential Building (Distinction), Bachelors Degree in Construction Management Majoring in Property Development (Honours 1st Class) and a Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (Distinction). All his formal education was completed while working full time from trade apprentice to tradesman, honing his trade skills in all aspects of carpentry and site management.

An excellent communicator, Eddie walks the talk at all levels building strong relationships with clients and coworkers alike. His highly-valued skill set has led him into project management roles with tier 1 commercial construction companies in Sydney and the South Coast, managing major projects from Taronga Zoo and high-rise apartments in the Sydney CBD through to medical suites, retail stores and schools.

Eddie brings to HUGOH Property a deep understanding of the construction process founded on his experience both onsite and through education. His meticulous attention to detail and process orientation approach ensures the safe delivery of high-quality projects on time and to budget.

Going the extra mile for his clients is just who he is, always thinking “how can we do this better, smarter or safer”. His passion for innovation and improvement is founded on a belief we have never learnt enough.

Whether you catch him throwing up construction frames or walking the site with a client – coffee in hand, you’ll always catch a smile and a welcoming g’day.
