Working to the tightest of timeframes and budget, HUGOH Property utilised their management experience and innovative construction techniques to ensure the renovation project was delivered on time, to budget and to the highest quality without exception.

Our Conjola House renovation project was born from the client’s desire to bring new life and fresh air to their existing fibro cottage. Bringing this vision to light for our clients was a process of simplification.

Confused internal kitchen and entry spaces were combined with an open-plan living-dining space to create a large daily living area. Views of Lake Conjola were framed by cedar windows and French doors offering the opportunity to bring the outside in with a cool breeze and to maximise internal light.
